CVBG Members, do you have a special project that needs tools you might not have? Need a little help or advice on a blacksmithing technique? Members Open Forge might be an opportunity to address those gaps in your blacksmithing and enjoy the fellowship of other Guild blacksmiths. Come and join us at the Banton-Smith Center.
Please register as early as possible in order to avoid cancellation. Cut off for issuing tickets is Wednesday midnight before the Open Forge date. - if only one or two members sign up or registrations are last-minute, it isn’t fair to the Forgemaster’s time & travel expense. cost of forge fuel, and equipment wear & tear. Open Forge is a great benefit of Guild Membership. We are fortunate to have a well-equipped shop and a wonderful workspace. Let’s all make good use of it!
A donation is welcomed to cover the cost of fuel & tool maintenance. Please bring your own metal. Bring your own lunch.
- Minimum age 16 years (with responsible adult).
